Step 1 – Design

During the design process, we’ll ask all the right questions to determine what features you want in your new home.
Want to come home to an organized locker cubby system, where all the coats and shoes have a home? Be sure to tell us that. Have a dream for an appliance shelf in your pantry, to keep all the clutter off your countertops? A command center with outlets for all your gadgets? Storage space planned for your laundry baskets? No matter your dream, we can plan to make them come true!

Step 2 – Proposal

Our building packages have “Everything included” with upgraded products and features throughout your homes.

Step 3 – Process & Timeline

In the initial phase, we personally walk you thorough the building process and timeline, so you know exactly what to expect.
To ensure you can really think of everything, “selection appointments” are prearranged at specific milestones of the building timeline – so you don’t ever feel like you’re overwhelmed. To top it off, decorating decisions are made early with our in-house decorator.
Clients are encouraged to attend walk-thru meetings with our project managers.

Step 4 – Build

We’ll keep you up to speed as we progress through the following building stages:

Step 5 – Move In

At the final or “finish” stage, our clients are invited to a personal on-site walk through, to make sure all your home’s features are perfect, and to ensure any touch-ups are completed before you move in.
Before it’s all said and one, your home will be pampered and professionally cleaned, to make sure it is truly move-in-ready.
